Installation
------------

          1. Uninstall previous version of Express Thumbnail Creator.
          2. Download the Express Thumbnail Creator installation package
             (the ETC_SETUP single file).
          3. On Windows NT systems, login with Administrator privileges.
          4. EXIT ALL RUNNING PROGRAMS.
          5. Run ETC_SETUP.EXE and follow the instructions.
          6. Now it is safe to delete the installation package. You may want
             to preserve the installation package in case you need to
             re-install Express Thumbnail Creator later.



Uninstallation
--------------
          1. Doubleclick the Add/Remove Programs icon in the
             Windows Control Panel.
          2. Select Express Thumbnail Creator 1.5 in the list of
             installed programs and click the Add/Remove button. Follow
             the instructions.
